Handling mass test sample collection is a major task. We use the services of experienced and certified medical assistants (MA) to collect and our company has expertise in handling mass samples. Our MA’s comply with all the federal rules and regulations imposed by the corresponding authorities.

Mobile Collectors – Federal Rules

A MA employed by us is highly qualified and experienced to collect urine or PCR samples, according to the federal rules and regulations. Our trained collectors adhere to the complex guidelines and rules mentioned in the Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs. They also follow the stipulated sample collection procedure.

When it comes to urine and COVID-19 sample collection, our mobile collectors are trained and experienced to handle the industry-approved processes such as proper collection, completion of Federal CCF, distribution of Federal CCF, problem corrections, integrity maintenance, donor privacy, specimen security, avoiding inappropriate conduct, and other integral factors.

Record Maintenance

Our mobile collector’s team use industry approved and mandated collection site record maintenance system which enables proper sample collection management. All the records of the samples collected from a particular location would be stored in our database for at least 2 years.

Federal CCF for every single specimen and the collector copy would be recorded and stored as per mandated by federal authorities. Donor confidentiality is maintained throughout the whole time the data stays with us.

Collection Site Maintenance

Our mobile collectors and the organizing team would help the organization or church to set up a separate collection site within their premise during the testing sample collection process. It can be made as a temporary or a permanent collection site depending on the customer requirement.

This collection site should include all the basic facilities such as supplies, medical personnel, supervisors, equipment, temporary specimen storage tools, security, etc. Donor privacy should be maintained at the collection site.

Some of the structural requirements of the collection site include – an enclosed stall, one-person restroom, individual privacy offering partitions, proper hand washing station, collector work area, sterile storage area, etc. We even offer a mobile restroom facility for sample collection.

Our collecting team also ensures that no unauthorized personnel enters or access the collection site. Unauthorized access to the collection site, supplies, collection materials, site records, etc. is strictly monitored. Strict rules and guidelines are adhered to even while transporting the collected testing specimen.
